What is Life coaching?
Life Coaching and NLP can be described as "a process of unlocking a person’s potential, in order to maximise their full performance and help individuals reach their goals".
Life Coaching and NLP works with clients’ to challenge, stimulate and guide them to break through and then to keep on growing.
Life coaching and NLP takes a holistic approach and works on all areas of life to ensure balance and harmony, as well as achievement and goals.
It closes the gap between ‘lives and dreams’ (Curly Martin 2001).
Who uses a Life Coach?

Until fairly recently the only people who employed a coach were top-class sports people and you will have noticed that the more successful the sports person, the more time they spent with their coach! Now the benefits of coaching are available to anyone, from all walks of life.
Coaching is about increasing a client’s awareness of the path they are on, helping them elicit choices, and perhaps a new road, then supporting them to persist in making the change. Life coaching is about results, and the transformation – from ‘caterpillar into a butterfly’ .
What does a Life Coach do?

A Life Coach works holistically, on all areas of the client’s life; personal, professional, health as well as relationships. This is simply because each area of our life impacts on the other.
